Pakat Hobab Imen Co. started its activities in 1996 in the field of Protective postal envelopes and in the later years it expanded its scope of activities in the Air bubble and PE coated envelopes.

 In 1998 in quest of following its developmental goals, besides the Production of Air bubble and  PE coated envelopes, Hobab Imen also started Metal Security seals and Plastic security seals and it started approaching its long term goals as being enlarging its market shares.
